Ok, so as I was looking for a quick way to level my first 99 (strength) I have been using Giant Spiders in the Stronghold of Security. Some of you may already know about this tactic, but it has proven to be very fast exp with minimal food, if any at all. I just take my 200hp Enhanced Excalibur, a few monks just in case, and fill the rest of my inventory w/ super attack & strength pots. Not sure on the exp rates yet, but this has been the fast exp I've seen after going through several trials of different methods of gaining masses of exp without worrying about drops. I've tried experiments, moss giants, shadow warriors, and these spiders have had the best results so far!! The fact they are aggressive to any combat level really helps. Once they lose aggressiveness, I run to any of the far corners of the first main room where I train and they becoming aggressive again. If running to one corner doesn't work, running to another corner certainly will. So I can do other things like read, do homework, browse the KoF or RS forums, cook, etc. and just listen for a cease in combat. Hope this helps anyone that is wanting to level their combat and wants an alternative to slayer ![]() Feel free to post any other ideas or thoughts on this method |

Alright, so after doing this for the past 2 hours now, I reset exp counters 2 and 3 and compare them and it looks like I'm averaging about 67k exp/hour. That is pretty dang good for some afk combat exp that requires only a little food
